very rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience if your new to london you will think this is how all GP's are. I thought this was normal until I realize they have a 2.3 star rating. So its not just me that realizes these people are terrible. Everyone is rude, doctors, included. They speak over you, have no concern for your well being and hang up the phone before you can even finish talking. I'm so glad I am no longer regsitered here and never again!
I had an appointment that I booked on the phone before Easter Bank Holiday and they told me I didn't have any. They then asked me what it was for, when I said the reason the receptionist looked at me as I was making it up and said 'really?'. She booked me in for the day after, which is fine, but she didn't really apologise, I had to take some time off work to get there. I asked to have some paper proof or email confirmation of the new appointment and she was really rude and had an attitude. She told me that ' if I wrote it on my phone it's enough ' and sent me away. I now need to ask for time off work again and hopefully this time they won't send me home. I understand everyone can have a rough day, but I felt like I was treated poorly for a service I pay taxes on.
APPALLING! This receptionist is the absolute rudest person I've EVER dealt with as a receptionist! I'm amazed she still has a job! Queenstown Road Medical Practice, must do better! I'm seriously thinking of moving to another GP
Unprofessional environment, very rude reception staff. I have called a week ago to booked an appointment but unfortunately later week I called to check my appointment they said I don't have any appointment booked for me. Absolutely terrible and disappointed.
Absolutely disgusting and a complete lack of respect for the patients. Niro amin is probably the rudest doctor I’ve ever met.
The worst ever. I am a new patient, it is taking quite long to actually be a new patient. It has been more than 2 weeks and still could not book a single appointment not even a call one. They advised to use patient.com but you can't book trough there, you see the hours on Google they are wrong so they always close when you call. When you email they advise you to call! I had to get someone who is actually a patient here to get an appointment for me. Initially 6:30 pm, a week from there. A day before the call I received a wrong text message, with wrong time. The day of the appointment I received a text from another mobile saying they got it wrong, it is a phone call. Okay... 30 min before the appointment a text on which number you can't reply to let me know that I need to be available cause after 6:30 it is not possible. 6:30 pm, nothing. I text the other number saying I do not wish to cancel I am still waiting for the call. I got a reply straight saying that my booking is cancelled. I try to call, closed. I then received a voicemail from the GP saying they can't get hold of me, at 6:45 pm... Absolutely terrible the lack of care here
RUDE RECEPTIONIST, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, SURGERY ALWAYS SMELL, BLINDS ARE FILTHY FOR GP SURGERY HCA NORMA RUDE. U CAN HEAR RECEPTIONIST CONVO, WHILE WAITING. DR NIRO AMIN HAS ATTITUDE FOR DAYS AVOID. AVOID AVOID
While the reception staff are wonderful, I have struggled with the bedside manner of a couple of doctors in this practice, in particular, Dr Warren. Dr Warren is quite insensitive and lacks the basic warmth and kindness expected from a GP. While his matter-of-fact approach may suit some, for many, delivering upsetting news needs to be done with consideration and care. I have also experienced this lack of warmth from other doctors in the practice. Again, however the reception staff have always been friendly and accommodating and are an asset to the surgery
This clinic is an unclean cess pit with the laziest, inadequate ill spoken receptionists known to man. Trash. The fact that this clinic functions is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. Disgrace to the NHS. The people that work there are sitting around on tax payers money waiting for a pension. They don't care about patients push nines you don't want and what you actually require the make excuses for.
Can usually get an appointment next day. App available for booking should you prefer not to wait for receptionists to answer calls. I’ve always found receptionists helpful and answer calls in good time and professionally. Nurses are particularly kind and conscientious. Have had to bother doctors to diagnose when I knew something wasn’t right in past - required several appointments before taken seriously as the ‘lemon and honey’ advice wouldn’t defeat the six months+ cough. Have to push a bit for specialist referral. I understand that’s normal for NHS GPS.
