I have been attending this clinic for approx 2 years. While i feel everyone is entitled to their own viewpoint i was surprised when i read the negative reviews. Dr Esomeju is my treating Dr. His care has been outstanding. Please read my other review Re. Dr Esomeju. I regularly use the toilets have never found them to be anything else but clean. Can't expect staff to check toilets after every use. Dirty toilets are a reflection on the public not the staff. The staff although busy always take time to say a few friendly words and ask how i am. I attend this clinic every 20 days so have a good idea how this clinic runs.
It is the worst clinic ever in Australia according to my experience. They charged me a lot of money for nothing. A doctor visited me and I paid for that. After one month I got another bill from the pathology for a test that I didn't ask to take and, above all, the doctor didn't tell me that I had to pay again later for this. Moreover I can't even get the results of this test that I don't know what is about unless I take another appointment with the doctor even if I'm not in devonport anymore. At the end, it was totally a waste of money, 200 $ for a test that I didn't ask to take and with no results, and for a medicine that I could have take directly from the chemist because the prescription was not needed for it. It is a shame, never again.
Probably the worst clinic i have ever been to. Waited an hour for the consultation. An hour after the appointed time. Dont even know why we make appoibtments...and got charged $82 for a 5 min consultation for flu. I mean seriously. And the recptionist. OMG. Will never be going back to this place. And i wouldnt suggest u go
I have a bad case of the flu and made an appointment to see a GP. After having waited nearly an hour past my appointment time there were still people ahead of me in the waiting room. I had to leave then as I was feeling unwell. The receptionists did not really care when I told them that I had to leave. I understand that appointment timings are hard to manage by they dont even try.
Toilet for urine sample is a public one very dirty, have to leave urine samples on reception desk in front of everyone in waiting room Dr/ reception doesnt reply when muliple requests for test , $80 each visit, not fun when you dont know if you even have results or not I thought you paid for Drs to get better service and more options but nope. Im going back to bulk billed at least I know why I'm getting mucked around
Thankfully my Dr there has been doing all she can for me while waiting on specialists ,, I find her easy to talk to and iv always found staff friendly, and very clean clinic
