I do my AMSA medical here every so often. Not bad, the Doctor is very experienced in Marine Medicals. Receptionists are good too. 5/5.
A really well run clinic. Fantastic staff and I have not had any problems with the doctors and it is very affordable considering some of the prices to see a doctor in Tasmania.
Tarot card readers are more in tune with the patient. I am only the parent and have no clue. The diagnosis was that I should lengthen the hem of my child’s uniform and get a job at McDonald’s. Doctor or head space mystic? The ‘doctor’ took a call from family in the UK during her insultation. Twenty three years as a patient at this clinic has ended in disgust.
Disgusting and I mean DISGUSTING reception staff. No help at all, they just want your money they have ZERO INTEREST in patient care. Was told to present to LGH ED for a repeat script when my regular GP went on leave, then hung up on. Wish I could give zero stars. AVOID.
All of the Dr’s at this practice are amazing. They take the time to explain, are supportive and don’t always recommend medication. Recently I unexpectedly became pregnant and was supported with choices. I had complications and was again supported holistically and then sadly had a miscarriage. The sonographer rang Tremaur after being unable to find a heart beat, at the end of the day. Tremaur made me an early morning appointment. They saw me before any other patient, coming in early for my appointment, gently explained my choices, provided so much empathy and more support and choices. They bulk billed me - to make it easier for me - and gave me follow up appointments and tests. They went above and beyond in their care of me. They made an unbearable situation more bearable. And I thank them endlessly for their care of me and my family. They always see to our physical and emotional health. They are always respectful of our choices. And I can not recommend them highly enough. They are awesome!
Dr Catrina Leesong is the most wonderful and caring doctor. Tremaur are very lucky to have someone so competent in women's health and with her patients. Thank you for everything you do.
Staff rude, Doctor rude! Didn’t solve my problem, they took me a blood test of things that i don't need when I clearly told Dr Cassidy What I was going for also they charged for another appointment that I would never go because i dont wanna waste my money with this doctor.
This clinic is full of rude staff. If I could give it a zero star I would!
The booking system is terrible. It says there are appointment available, then denies you the appointment.
