This is a wonderful practice. The staff are kind and caring and very professional. I love that it encompasses many different areas of the medical profession in one place and they are all fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I rang to get a referral on a friday and was asked to book an appointment which I did and the doctor advised that I send in the results from a previous tests in order to write a referral. I emailed the results on Monday and got a response to make another appointment to talk with another doctor because the doc I spoke to on Friday was not there to make the referral! Very unreasonable!! Does this this mean that you cant see a different doc within the same practice? Absoloute nonsense.

I booked my covid vaccine appointment last month and told them that i don't have Medicare care. On the time of booking they didn't said anything about Medicare card. And today I took  a day off from work and came here for to get vaccine and now they were like they don't do it without Medicare card and so cancelled my appointment. Very disappointed

Please Please please do not go to this medical centre. If you have to , please avoid Dr Lucy, as I found her one of the worst in the entire nation. If doctors like her be there, I won't wonder if it gets shut in few months time. The worst experience I ever had. However, dr Kennedy was one of the best, unfortunately, she retired. AVOID LUCY

Doctors are always 20 minutes late. I guess they double book everyone. Doctors don't seem to know how to prescribe medication properly. Cant even get their name right on the script and use a retired doctors name. They ignore all complaints and don't seem to understand that some people are autistic and have anxiety.

Dr Rashid Safdar is one the best GP in the clinic . He is very polite and empathetic with children too. Also staff at reception is polite and supportive.

Wonderful little clinic. Generally available for last minute consults and the staff are lovely.

Seen Dr Lucy, defintely wouldnt recommend, paid for an appointment for her to be rude not listen, do nothing to help and not even fill out a medical cert properly.

Staff great, doctor awesome, long wait. Appointment at 10am, wait till 11 to see doc.

Extremely long wait nearly 2 hrs saw the doctor for 2 mins then had to pay lots of money
