Cannot rate this clinic more highly. Easy to get an appointment with flexible Telehealth available too friendly reception staff. Easy and convenient. Dr Sana Mahmud is the most amazing GP, she is kind, Knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. You feel like you’re in very good hands, and she always goes above and beyond. Very thankful to have her and this clinic.
My son was having chest pain and we walked in to walk in clinic to see a doctor. We had a short wait and the doctor was very thorough with ensuring nothing severe was occurring. All staff from reception, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and accommodating. Very thankful for this service.
Our family has been able to get an appointment within a day or two when needed. The doctors have always been professional, thorough and informative - I feel confident in their assessment and recommended treatment options. The only thing that could be improved is the parking... not enough spaces and difficult turning angles.
Best medical practice in the north. Super efficient administration, courteous and attentive, ensuring that appointments, payments etc are managed smoothly. The integrated medical components enable most procedures to be sorted quickly, or referred to specialists as required. Patient/ doctor relationship seems assured.
I find the Launceston Medical Centre easy to deal with, with very helpful and friendly staff. The Doctors are very professional, caring and thorough. I see continuity of care with one GP as extremely important, and booking an appointment with a particular doctor is sometimes impossible and often difficult, however the staff try as hard as they can to accommodate this. There is also a problem with continual medical staff turnover. I would love to see a system instigated where I can rely on having one GP.
Friendly front desk staff, helpful both before and after the consultation. Pleasant Dr who introduced herself, provided informative information, reassured and stressed a return visit if no improvement in symptoms. Great service to a new patient!
I have been with the Hub from day one, and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the office team through to the doctors, nurses and specialists all offering professional and caring health services. I feel confident and cared for by my own GP who provides up to date medical practices and solutions. The practice provides pathology services on site for seamless health care.
Fabulous as always. Office staff very helpful and considerate. Dr Kilov and his assistant nurse very kind, caring and responsive with great listening skills. From my experience visiting the Hub Medical Centre in Launceston was positive, lovely helpful staff, the nurse and doctor were caring and respectful towards me as I was towards them. I would definitely visit again. Due to recovering from a broken hip, I wish I had a higher supported chair with arm rests to sit on.
Always on time when my son has appointments and there app helps so much when it’s late at night for first appointment next day so happy I change from my previous doctor as I was always ringing to see if the doctor was on time and or we would arranged with staff to ring when there was one person in front of me and still I was wait half hour. ‍. I’ve never had a problem with the Hub. There AMAZING
