Getting superan was complicated for me as I'd been overseas when I turned 50. However, Clare was terrific...she sorted it out efficiently even though I wasn't eligible till I was almost 68. I was impressed with how I was treated at this office...I only met pleasant people.
The customer service here is absolutely shocking. I always dread getting rayleen, as I find she scowls and gives filthy looks at simple requests, along with snide remarks. She needs to learn the art of compassion, as opposed to making people feel belittled. Her attitude is shameful.
I seriously hate, loathe and despise this place. After surviving a serious health scare, thanks to the skill of the staff at Chch hospital, I was not prepared for the arrogant aloofness, the zero communication, and the treatment of clients as a total nuisance, which seems to be the standard Work and Income way.
Apart from the restrictions it was quick and easy.
Got the job done. Just another government agency.
Very helpful staff.
