Shockingly bad service. Due to a surgical complication my recovery took a lot longer than expected but ACC couldn't care less. Refused to listen to medical experts and they also thought they knew more than a 30+ experienced joiner and straight about blamed me for not healing as fast as they wanted. Do yourself a favour and if you get Jackie as your case manager request and new case manager. They only reason they I'm give and 2 star rating and not a 1 star is because the receptionist was the only helpful and pleasant person to deal with during a extremely difficult time.

Jasmine was a great help. Excellent service & super friendly; in fact, I think she is due a pay rise.  Thanks so much Jasmine!

Whoever in the provider helpline department just helped me with ACC45 number inquiries was super friendly! I forgot to ask for her name, but thank you for your help!!!

My case manager during the major part of my accident was Ellie.  She was so helpful and caring.  I would have been quite lost without her support.
