My experience was fine. I was met by a security guard at the door where I waited until my app time. I was admitted to a place where I gave my reason why I was there then shown where I could sit while they processed it. All went well. They only let one at a time in it appeared.
The only person I could talk to about my problem was at lunch and I would have had half an hour wait. So they said he would ring me. Still waiting
It's never easy when you need to visit these places but I'm pleased to say that all the staff were very helpful and nice to deal with.

Repeated and blatant lying about loss of documents. Take a photo or screenshot when you submit any forms, in person or online.
The place makes me nervous but good customer help .in and out .
Very poor description of how to find this hidden office. No street side signs. Office's entrance is accessed through a dark under-building carpark with no signage.
Not able to meet with anyone in person. Wait times for phones over an hour and then get cut off without being able to get through. Useless
