The stuff here named Natasha is very unfriendly and very offensive. It seems like customers own her something with no reason. I asked her for an complaint way for her supervisor but she says:“ we don’t have that, if you ask other stuff, they will give you the same answer”. Is that how AA do? So disappointed!
