Everything I went to buy wasn't there,just empty shelves . Very little at delli also fresh produce the same . Chicken products same also freezers. Won't be going back there. Very disappointed.
Don’t do click and collect on a Sunday! We waited 50 minutes in line along with others to collect groceries… would have been quicker to go in and do the shop. They shouldn’t take that amount of orders if they can’t handle the collection process. Not fair on the customers or staff.nAnd our lettuce was so tiny! Criminal to actually sell 1/4 of a lettuce for full price.
I don't know why all the drivers can't follow the instructions. It is only some of them that do, one gentleman even brought my wheelie bin in for me. The last driver didn't give a dam about my instructions and also the fact that I ticked for it not to be left unattended. He was that ignorant that he put my order directly under the doorbell and didn't even ring it. I only know this because I have a video camera on my door. I usually wait on the verandah to make sure that they follow the instructions, but this day I was incapacitated. The reason I get delivery is because I'm disabled and by the time I could get someone to bring my goods in the frozen items were ruined and luckily because it was a coolish day the meat appeared to be fine.
HUGE shout out to Nat on self service registers this morning 01/11. Her customer service was exceptional.
