Have always been a Woolies shopper for many years and Woolies Allenstown is my local but recently it has deteriorated sadly. Many empty shelves but also products knocked over on shelves, empty cartons on shelves and generally could only get half of my usual list. Staff are lovely, click & collect good and home delivery also BUT the store is sadly going downhill! Went to Coles and found clean, fully-stocked shelves!!! What is going on Woolies Allies???
Love shopping there staff friendly, helpful, good parking and so many other shops as well. Food yummy.

A large, very busy branch that is undergoing a much needed upgrade. Getting rid of the old shelving will be good. Friendly, helpful staff making shopping here pleasurable. The standard, wide range of products is on offer.
My local supermarket...can't say nothing bad...great staff...well organised...and clean..
Last time I was shopping, the check out girl did not greet me, she seamed more interested in chatting to another staff member. It's the only supermarket in Blackwater so we have no other choice to do instore shopping

Women beware shopping here..older guy, tall grey haired dressed in shorts tee shirt thongs hanging around car when my elderly father and I came out of shops..grabbed groceries and wanted to pack car..sleazy as..kept saying my dear this and that ...should have called security and will next time.. no one goes shopping to deal with sleazy desperate old men
dont rely on delivery, items dont turn up, they give a refund but a bit difficult to replace items when you are in a wheelchair and have difficulty getting to the store to replace items that staff are too lazy to make sure go in the order especially when they take payment for them
