Click and collect online order was missing all the frozen items.   Despite me pointing out to the staff member that there were numbers on the boxes and one box was missing I was told that the numbers didn’t matter my order was all the boxes on the left of the trolley.  She then left with the two boxes on the other side leaving me to unstack the boxes and pack groceries into bags and into the car. Other times staff have asked if I needed help with loading the order.

Love shopping there staff friendly, helpful, good parking and so many other shops as well. Food yummy.

A big shout out to Abbey. I don't think l've ever come across a more disinterested team member. The first time she addressed me was to tell me the total of my shop. Before and after that she yawned like a hippopotamus, didn't even have the courtesy of covering her mouth. She did however say have a good day. From that moment on. I did.

I would like to give a big thank you  & great appreciation to Jay , who had found my hand bag that I had left in the trolly & promptly handed it in to the service desk…thank you so very very much

Terrible setup for boot to collect. Insufficient parking spaces which makes it dangerous for the staff. Staff shouldn’t have to walk across the carpark with trolleys filled with baskets of groceries.
