Coles i am extremely disappointed!nMe and my partner have been shopping at coles for a couple years now and the customer service recently is disgusting! Everyone serving looks like they don’t wanna be there and i don’t blame them! I had an extremely frustrating experience while being served by an old person named Nerada she was extremely rude! I switched to online shopping and I still get treated with nothing but disrespect…nI was concerned about missing items and was completely disregarded, I would like to have words with whoever thought it was a good idea to give the online manager a manager position! She is nothing but rude and unprofessional !
Good shopping experience until i got to the checkout. Only 2 open and a substantial line up. This happens every week. When are you going to wake up and staff your shop appropriately. Woolworths can do it and judging by the number of shoppers in that store people are obviously voting with their feet
Shopping was fine, checkout fine, only issue is that I got 2 Coca’Cola Zero sugar mini 6packs @$6 each. Not gonna bother with returning as they were cheap, which is why I got them The expiry date for both packs were February 2026 it’s May 2026. Make sure to check the dates before checking out your stuff!
You would think with the re arrangement of the store... your range would have had to expand just a bit...unfortunately no....items have been disappearing weekly less choice in brands and flavours..We are to the point we will not be doing our weekly shop with you.nFar too often l have been left without daily essentials ..due to dietary requirements...milk.. snacks and today was the last straw...sorry if unrestricted eaters HAD to pay over $2 for a tiny loaf of bread they would definitely crying out loud.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at Coles Rockhampton North while picking up Uber Eats orders.nnI was assigned 2 orders and arrived on time, but ended up waiting nearly 2 hours without receiving them. What’s worse, drivers who arrived after me were repeatedly served and left, while I was completely ignored.nnThe most unacceptable part is that my orders were clearly already prepared, yet no staff member bothered to hand them over or explain the delay. When I asked for help, the staff were impatient and unwilling to assist.nnThis is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of organization and respect for delivery drivers’ time. We rely on efficiency to earn a living, and this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable.nnI will be reporting this to Uber as well. I strongly hope management takes this seriously and improves their process.
