Today instead of helping an old lady with the use of the self service system your employees giggled and mocked her. 
Totally disgraceful behaviour from Coles employees.
We shop here on a regular basis as well as the old person who was mocked. Her experience has left her devastated as she doesn't want to return.
Shameful behaviour.

Not enough checkouts open, refuse to use selfserve, meat section almost empty

You lost a star because I'm sick of that sarcastic "living the dream" boy, whining everytime he serves a customer, sounding like a broken record. Also he doesn't know how to bag groceries and has a poor attitude towards people especially when they don't take a recipe. Some people would love to have his job, please tell him to stop this unfunny business.
