Went to the cashier around 7.49 Pm today and a lady with black hair served me. I was very tired that is why i did not go to the self counters. The lady did not help me at all to pack up my stuff back to the bag. I took them all out and gave it to her, after scaning and billing shebasked me to pay. I actually started packing while she was scanning. When I stopped to do the payment she nicely folded her arms and stayed. Was making her hair nicely too. I felt sad. At least one or two items she should have put. I had like 6 items. I was so tired, otherwise will never go to the counter for this. I was struggling to pack things in one bag as there was a milk bottle and a big case of eggs. She saw this and did not care. After paying the money and started doing my own packing again i asked her can y help me please. Believe me she just gave me a bold and sort of a sarcastic look, as if it is something i should not ask. She just touched the tuna can and was tapping on it. I said it is ok and came out. She had no empathy at all. I always like to help the service officer as i know they are tired too. But here she was not willing to help at all. And that attitude. Y feel sorry for your self ,when y get a service like this at the end of a hard day.nThe number on the receipt was POS 008Trans 4000 19:49 19/06/2024n1089 HawkernShould say i come here only twice a week when my children come for basket ball, as I do not live around, but like the store very much as it is very convenient, easy parking and i find everything in a tiny spot. Two other days went to the counter and got a super good service. That time had lot of items. Glad that this lady was not there. Otherwise still I will be packing up my stuff there.
Smaller shop with lots of products plus plenty of mark downs and great specials.nA hidden gem. Lovely staff.

Used to be good. Now it’s dirty and the staff aren’t very nice. Their produce is terrible. Been going there since before it was a Woolworths, now I hate going there.
Pretty average store. Smaller than others but large enough for basic essentials. No deli and pretty limited meat section. I can deal with these but the one thing I struggle with is the consistency bad customer service when checking out.
