Great store. Nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff need to leave their attitude at the door. Help people in wheelchairs to reach items that too up on shelves. Not all us in chairs are mentally challenged.  I have a voice n not deaf. So don't speak like I'm not in front of you. Or ignore me cause I'm on my own in a wheelchair.  Where is the customer service? Where is that everyone is equal.

Great value for money NOT paid over $6.00 for 4 slices of turkey breast from Deli, lasted one day, yes ONE day in the fridge...went to make a sandwhich and instantly smelled rancid. NOT good enough! Won't be back

Love this woolies man, it's my local. Staff know how to treat customers, which is getting pretty rare these days. Would absolutely recommend.

Their staff are always willing to go the extra to help you, This branch is one of Townsville's best.  So that's why I choose to go there, always pleasant experience.

This Woolies has onsite made sushi that is excellent quality! Highly recommended

Decided to try online order an pickup.. generally good. Until items just missing, nor given a paper invoice at pickup. Items all showing in stock and paid for on website "orders". Only solution!! 1800 "automated AI" to deal with. If I have to go in to repurchase, what's the bloody point..

Only one manned checkout open with 5 people lined up waiting...not good enough especially around Christmas time

Some staff helpful some staff almost painful to deal with. Food items marked down for quick sale due to close expiry scanned at full price on more than 3 occassions, perhaps stickers placed away from barcode on purpose so they scan at full cost. Either way not impressed and if similar occurs further action will be taken not just a complaint to the store.
