Had the misfortune of buying sizzle steak from this store on Friday. Now in Hay and decided to have steak sandwich for a quick and easy meal. BIG MISTAKE. Would not feed this meat to a dog as it would probably choke on it. That tough you would be able to resole your boots with it. Never again will I buy meat from Woolworths

The female staff at the deli/meat shop today at 2pm was absolutely disrespectful. Kept throwing the packed meat on top of the deli shelf vigorously. I am careful to throw in the racist card, until my caucasian husband said the same thing while leaving the shop. She didn’t have a problem when servings other caucasians though! Probably best if woolies keep her somewhere with no customer interactions.

Lots of shops to look into. Car parks seemed a little short for our SUV, but all good. Toilets were very clean too. This beautiful mural was up in the walkway going towards the management office and food court, the toilets were off the side.

Their customer service is appalling and their direct to boot service is worse. I’ve done multiple click and collects and every time without fail they have left out bags of groceries. I don’t know if they don’t check the orders before bringing them out or what they do but it doesn’t work clearly. Both times I’ve had to go back and get my groceries by walking into the store. Their service is supposed to be quick and efficient it’s anything but that’s it’s so frustrating and disappointing
