Probably one of the worst stores I have visited. The store is confusing and complicated to shop. Visited today and the only highlight was a young fellow in the Deli section, polite and approachable and a lady stacking was incredibly nice.
I was at this woolworths last night only to be looked down on by a staff member who was anything but rude and I am talking about the big bloke who only seems to work behind the cigarette counter and thinks he is better than everyone else. Mate I have news for you if it wasn't for us the customer you wouldn't have a job so enough of looking down your nose at us the customer and by the way you are the rudest bloke I have ever come across in my 40 years of customer service NEVER WOULD I EVER TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU DO YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF HONESTLY MATE WAKE UP OR FIND A NEW JOB SOMETHING THAT ISN'T IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FACING PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB..

If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free grocery shop… keep driving.nnI try to avoid this Woolies, but sometimes life gives you no choice. Within minutes, the frustration kicks in. Good luck finding anything without going on a full treasure hunt — the layout must’ve been designed by someone who’s never used a supermarket before.nnNeed a small trolley? So does everyone else apparently, because they’re like rare Pokémon. The big ones are old and barely steer, but hey, at least you’ll get a workout trying to navigate the aisles.nnNow for the main event: the 3 self-serve machines if they’re even all working — plot twist, they usually aren’t. Nothing like a big line of impatient customers breathing down your neck while the machine decides your drink doesn’t weigh enough to count as an item. I tried to fix it myself, but of course that just made the line behind me even more thrilled.nnStaff? What staff? Eventually found the one poor person manning self-checkout solo, who made it clear my existence was an inconvenience. Super helpful, really.nnIf you’re into chaotic layouts, long waits, awkward stares, and machines with attitude — this place is for you. As for me, I’ll shop anywhere else.
