We purchased a product here which we thought was on quick sale but turned out to be a full-priced item misplaced in the store. By the time we realized this, the store had closed. The next day, we asked the staff if we could return it, but they refused, citing that frozen foods can’t be returned. The attitude of the female staff on the night shift was not very kindly. It's not about the money but feeling disrespectednWhen our friends had the same issue at Coles, they didn’t receive such a responses that they could either exchange the item or purchase it at discounted price. A similar issue at WWS where they also allowed us to purchase at a discounted price.
The items put in the wrong place. After checking out, I found that the price was wrong. I went back and asked for refund. The attitude was very bad and say we were not allow to return.nnKindly remind all the customers be careful the tags on the shelf, they won’t take the responsibility for the wrong prices of the products

Not only was she incredibly calm and polite throughout our interaction, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience a delight. I highly recommend Jemma to anyone seeking outstanding customer service.
Prices are outrageous and don't seem to be coming down in dollar value. Plus I hate the new self serve long checkouts where a staff member watches anyone using these self serve isles as if your a criminal and trying to steal-not scan a product. COLES all people that visit your shops aren't criminals.
