It’s a Woolworths. Pretty new or at least recently renovated.nnBigger than most other Woolies and super makers in the area but still smaller than your bigger outer suburban locations.nnKinda hidden so not bonkers busy.nnThe guy at the registers was super helpful and friendly, he needs a raise!nnDecent car parking options, close to both the train and Sydney rd trams.
Went in this afternoon to grab some thing for dinner. Went to the self check out, it did what it always does when you don’t place shopping in the bag in time. I called a staff member over. She scanned her card to reset machine, instead of clearing message she up and left. So I made many attempts to clear machine and failed. When she decided to come back after a minute she started yelling at me and said “what are you doing there”. I told her she scanned and left. What did you expect me to do. She kept on yelling like I was a child. Disgusting behaviour. I told her to stop yelling at me, and that she shouldn’t have left. It’s her job at self check when customers get stuck. I felt embarrassed and told her again to stop yelling. Thanks Anastasia for the appalling tantrum you had. Stop yelling at everyone and use your inside voice for a change or go home.
Louisa was a great employee. I was suprised when she remembered me and helped solve any issue or question i had. Amazing
Parking is impossible and most of the time is lacking basic products and the Iles are halfway empty
Modern style Woolworths with adequate parking. They also have “Direct to Boot” services with two car spots available to park in.nThe only thing stopping this from being a 5 out of 5 rating is: if there’s a long queue for the “Direct to Boot” service, it can cause congestion in the car park.
