The star attraction of the shopping centre, not a very busy Coles, has most things you need, kept reasonably clean and tidy.

I believe there is an opportunity to improve your customer service skills. At times, the interactions felt too direct and could benefit from a more refined approach. The Square of Despair. Great place if you are looking for an abandoned car, or metre high weeds.nnThen when you get to Coles they have sacked all the checkout staff but almost every time acuse you via their terminals of stealing.nnStill profits eh.

Upon entering Coles, I was taken aback by the sight of robotic checkouts in place of the traditional staffed ones. While the efficiency of the automated system is impressive, I couldn't help but miss the personal interaction that came with human-operated checkouts. The choccy aisle, once a delightful haven, seemed to have lost some of its charm as well. With a heavy heart, I've made the decision not to continue shopping at this particular Coles location. Instead, I am excited to explore alternative options such as Australia Post, conveniently situated across the street. I believe this change will allow me to discover new shopping experiences and build connections within my community.

What a miserable experience. Poorly lit, limited range of fresh fruits and vegetables, dirty shopping centre with multiple overflowing garbage bins. Poorly stocked read half empty shelves, disorganised labels and stickers. Don’t bother coming here if you didn’t live across the road.
