No stars!. I have been to this store several times since 19/12/2025 to 25/01/2026. One the first visit after moving from Brisbane, I could see that the checkout was very busy, I asked the female in-charge of the service desk if she could open another checkout, of yes she did then she let another customer push in front of me then she closed that checkout. Because the customer in front of me had enough groceries for 3 families it then took 40min for me to get through.nThe next couple of times I was served by a young man with shoulder length red hair. If he moved any slower he would have been standing still. No know only too well that staff need to learn but he has not improved since late December.nnWhy is the stock left in boxes in the aisle for customers to dodge to avoid falling. Then as customers, we have to navigate a safe path around all the staff that are talking with each other about their plans for the weekend, rather that helping customers.nnI have been involved with shaping multi million dollar businesses for over 30 years, I know what works but this store does not.nnTop level Management is the key!nnTrain the staff correctly, and get process customers quicker.
I have to say how amazing all the staff were today Christmas eve. Everyone Did an amazing job and the place was absolutely packed with customers. Everyone from the staff stocking shelves. Serving at the deli and especially the people at the checkouts. Absolutely outstanding service. And so lovely to see people dressed up for Christmas and so cheerful on the day before Christmas. So merry Christmas to everyone and I hope you all have a great new year.
Poor quality fruit and vegetables. Always running out of fresh bread at the bakery. The store often looks very messy. Most days it’s difficult to get a parking space.
Helpful staff and good value prices.. it a world where Woolies and Coles are losing popularity to the other supermarkets.. this is still an excellent place to shop!
Absolutely the worst store I have ever used. Always out of stock, shelves not filled. What ever to night stocking, bring on a Coles. The bakery is pathetic
