Parents beware! Staff use to be really friendly here. Went in last week and i walk into one of the men talking trash about woman and swearing while he's chugging down a can of V laughing at his own sexist jokes. This guy belongs down the pub not in shop full of kids. Someone needs to speak to the centre or the manager at EB games for allowing such behaviour. Very disappointed.
Employee told me to go jump cause I didn't have a EB world card.... Complained to customer service and a guy named Matt emailed me back. Even then didn't get any apologize from the staff member or manager.
Overall there is a wide array of games, merchandise and accesories, along with friendly and helpful staff. However, the downsizing of the PC game section is a little annoying, but understandable.
The customer service here was great. The young lady was really helpful
