Very happy with the service both from Bribie Island Strandbags and Customer Service. I had an issue with a Guess Bag and the lady from Bribie was helpful and referred me to customer service. They called me back and immediately sorted the problem for me and liaised with the store to update them. A great outcome. Thankyou.

Excellent customer service.  Donna went above and beyond to order in the items I wanted from other stores.  A breath of fresh air to have such wonderful customer service.  Highly recommend.

Very nice helpful ladies who went beyond to help me find what I didn't know I was looking for. Just bent over backwards for me. I'll be back next time I need a bag or purse or suitcase. Always a sale it seems so good savings.
