Awesome service by the service area. Inquired about an item and was taken to the item. Didn't have to wait to be checked out at all.nClean store. The staff are always friendly, smiling and always happy to help. This store is one of the stores who got the most kindest, friendliest team I have ever come across.

Absolutely sick of being treated like a criminal here. Used to be a very family friendly shop but recently has changed to staff having a nasty attitude, following shoppers around and bag checking excessively. I have witnessed many people being yelled at by staff being accussed of stealing, yet when they produce receipts no apology is forthcoming. The middle aged, Indian origin Team Leader/Manager in particular is a main offender of this behaviour. No longer shop here.

About 4.00 pm 20/06/24 - Very RUDE check out staff Short Indian elderly women accused me of stealing kiwi fruits and insisted on checking my receipt. I am very angry and felt humiliated because I frequent Woolies from Monday to Friday after going to the gym and I also buy from Sacca and Coles before I head down to Woolies.  BTW, I have been shopping here since 1998.  I love Woolies but this woman needs to be retrained, she was extremely rude throughout the whole incident. No apology or thanks after showing her my receipt.

Awful service. I have to go all the way back again on another day to return some small light bulbs just because I purchase them on the same day. They told me you can return them on the same day, only if they are faulty. Just wasting customers’ time.
