What an absolutely disgrace this company is, absolutely no customer service, they don't ring you they send a text message and tell you to ring them and then leave you on hold you for up to 10 minutes... They had my dishwasher for almost 5 weeks and not one phone call or message, when the serviceman did come he nearly wrecked my new kitchen cupboard by just trying to pull it out I had to tell him that it was screwed to the cupboards...... I also had to call them to find out what was going on and was told they were waiting on parts and they would not be in for months, so I rang the manufacturer who sent them the parts within days, they then told me that they could only return & install my dishwasher on a Monday, Wednesday or a Friday .I told them I would be working those days, but I was then told that was the only days they were in my area, mind you they took it away on a Thursday....Finally it was returned and installed back into my NEW kitchen, but not sitting flush or level like it was before they removed it, and the screws holding it against the cupboards gone......just a bloody disgrace I am so angry this is just not good enough.......I have had to give a one star rating or I cannot post But they don't deserve 1 star

Jamie did a fantastic job of putting in my new LG dishwasher this morning. He was on time, efficient and even explained certain quirks about the machine and usage. Thank you for a very easy installation.

Zero ability to schedule appointments in anything other than a half day window. Zero ability to change the time window if it doesn't suit, other than move to another day. 1990s level appointment scheduling, time to upgrade your system to the 21st century.

jamie just came out to fix my washing machine, Jamie was in the time frame he said he would be here, very helpful, and explained what the issue was, showing me how to pull the soap dispenser.( I had no clue that came out ). I am I very pleased with the service I got to from Jamie.

Repairer was pleasant enough. Other than that I had two visits within the warranty period and my fridge still is faulty - they were unable to find the problem. May as well have put the repair costs towards a new fridge.
