I have dealt with Diverse Appliance Services for years and always found them to be very efficient and well priced.

Worst experience ever! Was quoted $88 for a technician to attend and repair or advise on options for repair. He arrived late, spent less than 10 minutes looking at the fridge, advised us to defrost it for a day or two, then turn back on, that should fix the problem. They would call us in a few weeks to see if the issue had gone away. Then a call a couple of weeks ago (6-8 weeks after the visit) to ask if the issue had been fixed, at which point they would let me know soon if there was going to be the full fee charged, based on the fact that nothing was actually accomplished by the technician. Nothing until today (another couple of weeks) advising the would charge the full service fee, when they didn't do anything to fix the problem, which ended with us buying a new fridge. Arguementative on the phone and refused to acknowledge that perhaps charging a full service fee shouldn't be applied when no work is done, and less than 10 minutes was spent on site. Claiming its not there fault if parts take time to arrive, which we didn't need or pursue, as no actual service work was done. Also had the audacity to claim that because there is a 5 star rating on Google (from 3 reviews) I have no basis to argue poor service, despite breaking the promises to follow up. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Shocking company - steer clear! Installer was very rude and they charged way over the email quote. Installation was well below par - had to get another tradie in - he asked, who made this mess? Very poor communication and service, rude installer, incompetent and charge like wounded bulls! Go anywhere else!

Poor service, bad communication and wanting to charge for a technician coming out and spending less than 2 minutes on site to say "I don't know what to do". Much better companies in the area.

Unreliable service and no technical support over the phone to solve problem first, do not use this company you might as well throw your money away.
