Eric did a great job on my Samsung washing machine which needed a new rubber seal. I rang at least 5 places and his was the best quote. He was hard working and didn't even stop to answer a phone call. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Very happy customer.

Very glad I called AS Appliance. Came out the next day, fixed the machine and all at a reasonable rate. Would certainly use their great service again, Thanks very much!

Arif was very rude he wanted $99 to just see our oven despite the fact he was advised that our oven had a electric problem he told us that he could fix all work once he spent 15 min he told me it has a electric problem and he can’t fix it up. However he also advised us on the phone that there’s no charge to just see the oven but he demanded $99 for 15 min job big ripoff. When I told him that he said it was free over the phone and to aske for a fair amount he got very rude and took hundred dollar note from his pocket and told me to buy your kids some food which I found very rude and disrespectful behaviour. What he doesn’t know that I have been in business for over 20 years and never I have spoken to anyone in that manner and that he needs to also know that that’s not how we do business in Australia. Then he picked on the way I looked and told me that i didn’t have a good Muslim’s face and agin he picked on my religion. He also claimed to be a good Muslim but In fact he was very rude and very unprofessional person. I offered him a fair amount which he didn’t want and even tough on the phone we were advised that the check up or quote was free. I just wanted other local customers to be aware of this issue and not get ripped off and if I report him to cunsumer affairs he will probably get in trouble but I won’t do that to him but just wanted to let everyone know to watch out so they don’t get ripped of and also wanted to hopefully bring it to his attention that this is not how we do business in Australia and it’s not the way we treat our customers Muslim or non Muslim and I hope that brother arif can learn from today and not disrespect any other person. Erick didn't rock up, he didn't even give me the courtesy to call to say he couldn't make it. Biggest waste of time. Don't let him waste your time, go elsewhere
