Beautiful old homestead with well researched history documented and displayed. Lovely gardens. A restful stop with an option for refreshments at the cafe.

Had no idea the grounds are accessible for public at any time. The cricket lawn is a perfect place for a family get-together and the old homestead really takes you back in time. The Profs@Woodlands cafe is great too, delicious local produce and only 10 minutes from Hamilton. Will DEFINITELY come again!

Beautiful historic homestead and gorgeous gardens, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for a family day out and as a location weddings/events

They need a better management and even better customer service. A La Marzocco is no good with the kind of coffees they are serving. Certainly need to have a full time Barista. Excellent Location indeed but with given offerings, useless to experience.
