Usually get great coffee here but this time I had no foam at all on my flat white. Tasted like hot milk instead of coffee. Very disappointed. The food cabinets had next to no food in them. The staff were nice but yeah the coffee is not drinkable at all.
Very arogant and boring service with no etiquette The boss needs to clean the place up with new staff. The current employees have very bad communication skills and can’t handle the public.

How you purchase fuel has declined miserably in NZ in the 12 years I have been gone. No one comes out to the forecourt to help you or explain anything; the kids behind the counter are barely out of nappies. Nothing is pump first and pay in store, everything is pre-paid, how embarrassing NZ.
Combative, inappropriate and unhelpful. I stopped to buy hot food in the evening while travelling through on my bicycle. As I had all my gear on the bike, and there was nowhere apparent to lock it I made sure there was no one else inside and walked in with my clean and dry bike. A lady staff member may have been the manager but was never identified mumbled something behind her mask then told me to take my bike outside, which I did, and asked her to get me some of the food I didn't realize it was self serve. I then asked if there was anywhere to lock the bike, where she again mumbled some reply. I asked her to lower her mask as I was hard of hearing and couldn't fully understand what she was asking. She then told me as I understood... that I had to leave the premises or she would call the police. This strikes me as completely over the top for someone who is not causing any damage or disturbance. My issue is not the bike rather the unwillingness of the staff member to communicate in a reasonable manner, to make sure I had understood what was asked for instead of demanding action which I complied with and jumping to the Police with no provocation. She made no effort to understand what I was asking and needing as a customer. It could have been handled a lot better.
