Thank you Credit union for the fast processing of my loan, i was so delighted to get the approval   as our branch is currently closed for the year I was able to head into the Hamilton branch at my convinience to sign my agreement, there i was happily greeted by the friendly security guard who was also expecting me. There were no delays in waiting to be seen and had all the necessary information understanding my agreement discussed to me in detail.  The Teller Justize Parker was very efficient and quick in processing my loan and before i knew it the money was there for me to use right away. Thank you so much for a easy stress free christmas this year as now my girls and I are able to relax and enjoy our time with our family. Even though we didn't have an appointment they still took the time out of their busy day to see us.

It was overall a fair experience I can’t say it was bad one. Two things did annoy me was the person I was dealing with left me hanging for days not knowing what to do next after I completed all that she wanted, then she could not find my ID app..but I did finally get what I asked for in the end’
