I’m sure that there are some good books in here at good prices but the last time I went in I could hardly move, boxes of books in the aiselway making it impossible to actually peruse the shelves. This shop reminds me of the shop in Black Books, actually it’s more of a tip than that. Please clean this shop up and make it inviting to visit.

Love the cats! And it is disorganised, but we found that added to its charm. It feels like the place of someone who really loves books (and cats)

Smells like cat piss. Cats wondering around the place. Could barely stay in the junk store like place for more than a few minutes. Has gone down hill over the years.

I visit the bookshop often and enjoy it - tend to get so much better choice and more reasonable pricing than buying new. The shop itself is a bit of a tip though and needs to get more organised - loads of boxes of books lying about uncategorised which makes me think I'm probably missing a gem or two. always come out with something though but its getting harder! I'm allergic to cats and there's one in there meaning I can't stay in for too long before getting the sneezes.
