From the first phone call to the interstate collection of the vehicle Toyota Wonthaggi have been very professional.nnThey had the car spotless and ready in the showroom to be picked up. They also picked my dad up at the bus stop 20kms away and drove him to the yard.nnThe vehicle was ready with a full tank of fuel to drive it home and they were very negotiable and reasonable to deal with.nnWould recommend to purchase from Toyota Wonthaggi Thank you for your amazing customer service

Hubby just booked our Holden Astra in for a service. Talk about thorough, the young lady helping us asked for our log book and she checked where we were up to with the service concerned. We eventually booked in for a 3rd year service. This customer service went down real wellwith hubby and I. A very pleasant experience with Wonthaggi Toyota.
Could only give one star a a minimum would have liked to do lessnWe took our pride and joy in for a major service and it came back with electrical tape holding the water sensor to the fuel filter with brackets loose and not connectednThey hadn’t bleed the cooling system and was really low on coolant and didn’t even change the front diff oil but were quite happy to charge for it and were quite rude about it over the phone and really brushed it off when in there like it was normal
Purchased a new Toyota here in March 2024. We dealt with both Rob and Matt who were both very personable and knowledgeable. Matt in particular was very helpful with our questions. I would highly recommend them.
