I visited Target Wonthaggi and expected the same as past experiences where I wandered around looking for what I needed and either found it or not - I do not remember ever being assisted by a Target employee.
However, today's visit was amazing.   A young employee by the name of Shari did everything possible to help me find what I needed - including going "out the back" to search, checking the item hadn't been left in the Fitting Room, guiding me to different departments to search and ringing another branch to check if they had my item in stock - all of this with the friendliest smile.   A pleasure to shop at your store - if all your staff is now like Shari, I will be back more often!
