I travelled specifically to obtain a New Phone and Fresh Plan. Only to have A Person sit beside me and Nod her head,every time I spoke. She checked out 2 options,with one of them having more Data than I requested and Out of the Price Range I asked about. She would have to be The Most Uninterested, Unhelpful Person I have Ever Tried to Deal with.First and Last Time. Would Recommend Finding A More People Friendly Business to Deal with.

Without a doubt the rudest most unhelpful business I have ever dealt with. Was told our problem was going to take too long and require too much effort on their behalf to have them try. Was told to go to Geelong Telstra shop which is 2.5 hours away if we wanted assistance. Thanks Eddie you're useless.

I used the Telstra Store to organise a new SIM for an elderly family friend, great service and friendly staff. I was out of there in 10-15 mins setup and going.

Rude. Staff hanging around but "hey can you come back" Worst Telstra store, heads up Parkmore (Keysborough) kick arse compared to Wonthaggi Telstra.

Appalling customer service, stopped in to change my sim to a nano, 2 sales people in the store no other customers,and he tells me they are with a customer who is returning in 15 minutes and asked could I come back in 20 minutes, so upon my return I was not acknowledged while they were attending to the now shop full of "more important customers" and please note that previous to this my wife entered the shop twice and was completely ignored while the two sales people sat on their computer doing who knows what? Seriously if you don't want to serve people be honest and stop lying and wasting their time. I've been on Telstra for 5 years and have never had great service from this store , but that's the end of it for me you can shove your mobile service I'll go elsewhere- not that yous will be bothered......
