Even though i was half hour before closing time they stilk helped me do my laundry which i am very greatful for because everywhere else was too expensive.

I’m not sure what everyone is talking about, I dropped a big bag of clothes off today to be washed and both of the owners were really friendly and most importantly did a great job, they were careful with delicates and the clothes were perfectly clean and dry ready for me to pick them up, thank you for a great service

Well well well. Listen to all those Canberra whingers! Probably all pubes who wouldn't know what real work is. Overpaid, overweight farts! I've been getting my business shirts ironed there since 2009 week in week out so I think I'm qualified to comment. Firstly the prices are about average for Canberra so if you are upset because this overworked business couple don't greet you with a warm and furry hug and a sloppy mwah on each cheek then you can take your skid marked knickers elsewhere. No one is going to lose any sleep over it. Mrs Nguyen has ALWAYS been friendly to me even at the end of the day after dealing with the low-life whingers! Mr Nguyen, although not Mr Personality, has always treated me with respect, even when I work out the cost of ironing seven shirts for him ($2.90 X 7 = $20.30). Sadly, because of all those undeserved negative comments he has taken a break from the business. I fear it may be too much for his wife to run it all by herself.

Been going every fortnight to this Laundry Service business since early April as we have sold our front loader in preparation to move to our off-the-plan house which has been delayed time after time (but thats a story for another time). You would think that since that I'm Asian that I may get preferential treatment from them or at least be treated better than the others, but they've been mostly rude each time I come and most recently, the cranky old man that everyone mentioned ignored me despite seeing me. Like the previous post said, they try hard to get you to do two loads for the up-sell. Furthermore, they only have maximum 6.5kg washing machines which very inadequate for a business to have as we've had 7.5kg washing machines in our house previously, so possibly because of the previous point of trying to up-sell. Not sure how close some of the other reviewers are to them, but they are anything but a "sweet" couple. The best words are laconic, rude and blunt. We will be glad when our house is built! To end on a good note, the business is well supplied with car parks and is near the cheesecake stop. The price is also not too bad at $5.50 per load (better if they get bigger machines) and $0.50 extra if you want washing powder.
