I just tried this service for the first time, 6 out of the 8 shirts I had pressed have large creases on the front or in noticeable places which I will have to iron out before wearing

Terrible service. Really rude guy working there. Refused a 24-hour turnaround. Said they might be able to do 1 shirt despite having a '2-hour' return on the sign out front. Will not be going back.

The ruined my dress, then insisted to try and fix it (for 2 months) and refused to compensate me (they still have my dress and have not fixed it)
