Wouldn't clean a stain out of a down doona which was left by a sick dog because he would have to empty his machine and change the water after. Told me to go to the laundromat and clean it myself. What sought of dry cleaner wont clean an item because of a stain? Isn't that your job?

Went in there and asked to simply get a jacket cleaned. Get quoted $60.00... Take it to another competitor. Get charged $14.00. Enough said.
