Love love love witchery clothes love to fill my wardrobe with their beautiful clothing
Sorry, might seem harsh but if you consistently have queues more than 10 deep and then can't meet customer demands, then you are severely under resourced. During these peak periods, your staff answer the phone as well so they're not helping themselves. I'm sure that resourcing is likely dictated by budgets, however you will recoup your investment in increased average sale and conversion by increasing staff.
Staff are friendly and helpful with great style advice. Always a pleasant experience shopping here.
