Customer service here is exceptionally good and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. They stock all my favourite brands which are really good Aussie quality and I'd definitely recommend anyone to shop here, you won't be disappointed :)

Amazing service and gorgeous clothing, whether I purchase online or in store, I always finish my shopping experience feeling well looked after. They stock both an extensive and reputable range of Australian women’s fashion; and of all the outfits I’ve purchased from Birdcage, I’ve never had a single issue.

Wish i saw other reviews before purchasing from The Birdcage Boutique and wish i didn't even have to give a single star! They definitely know a loophole in not letting you return an item. I received my dress and it was beautiful however a size too small the item arrived with the label not connected to the dress....no way to prove that to them. Of course my boyfriend through out my express post satchel including the label! No point going through the rubbish as they will not accept it regardless! Manufacturers don't make mistakes apparently and the tags must of been connected when i received..... this is one of there policies....therefore nonrefundable. On a side note if anyone is looking for C/MEO Collective Ember Dress in Ruby size XXS i am selling and I'll sell it for $140 (RRP $199) NWOT! ;)
