Great advice from sales assistant who advised to buy the article I wanted on line as they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock. 3 days later it arrived in the post. Great service!

Always good & safe shopping experience me . Good product range & staff are excellent

I was instore for more than 15 minutes browsing for a new winter wardrobe. There were 3 staff on duty but I wasn't acknowledged in any way. In fact I was totally ignored despite there being only 2 other customers. I found this quite insulting as I clearly needed assistance in colour advice etc. In disgust I left. Customer service  ZERO.
