I ordered wine works to take a shipment of pallets of wine from one of my properties to another. 
It was a terrible experience. I used another carrier the following day and they are still to refund my money despite saying that they would.
Who knows whose fault it is /was. Their story is that another company was subcontracted but
Both the spokesmen of these supposed 2 companies were both on a break together at wineworks though. Both too busy to take my call or return my money.

They have everything covered for my wine requirements, temperature controlled warehousing, unbelievable transport rates, online stock management, reworking of my labels and export packing. Their staff were attentive to my special needs and enabled us to focus on what we do best, making wine.
