Terrible service. The woman on the phone got into an argument with me, hung up on me twice, and refused to cancel my storage unit. I later received a receipt from the company for a charge I never authorised and an email encouraging me to share my "positive experiences" on Google maps. Well here I am, sharing my experience with you on Google maps. I will not recommend National Storage to my friends and I will not be using them again.
