Wow. I haven’t walked into a retail service business in a while and felt like I was imposing upon the customer service rep but today I did. I had to wait outside the locked office for old-mate to turn up and when he finally did there was no apology or “how are you today”; just the bare minimum to sell me 2 out of the 3 items I needed. I’m sure if he smiled his face would have cracked. Disappointing.
