Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour from the staff at the storage facility. Allowed the partner of a storer to borrow the trailer one day and then revoked that same privilege two days later. Said they "shouldn't have done that" but never apologised or asked if they could help in any other way. Appalling customer service.

The girls at National Storage Mitchell Park are fantastic! From getting the initial quote through to moving out 7 months later, they provided exceptional friendly service and advice. I would highly recommend them and give them 6 stars out of a possible 4 !!!
