The team members bring a youthful energy that is both inspiring and invigorating. They are consistently helpful, respectful, cheerful, and polite, creating a truly supportive environment.nI particularly appreciate how they always encourage me, making my time here enjoyable. I would like to extend special thanks to @Myah, who has been a tremendous help from the very beginning, especially as English is not my first language. Windy Hill is a great fitness centre.nnThe pool is always clean, not overly chlorinated.nThe staff are all very accommodating, friendly and welcoming, and that creates a relaxed atmosphere.nOne of the gym staff is particularly knowledgeable regarding weight training.nnGym is well equipped for cardio and general strength & conditioning.nReasonable range of equipment. Has outdoor area & another area for circuit training. Desperately need another leg extension machine.nnThe outlook onto Windy Hill football oval provides plenty of sunlight & provides a good atmosphere as there are often sporting activities going on.nnGreat membership price. If you got in on the buy 6 months, get 6 months free.nnOverall, it is a great facility if you are serious about getting in shape or just doing some light exercise.

I've been coming here for almost 12 months now and it's been one of my favourite fitness centres and I'll be sad when I move away!nThe staff have always been really friendly and helpful.nThe gym equipment is great and they have almost everything I need here.nThe classes and swimming pool are great but I wasn't able to utilise these as much as I would have liked.nI've recommended this to many people in the area over the past year

EDIT: While this is still my regular gym, there has been a noticeable drop in customer service over the past 12 months. When I first joined I was always greeted by desk staff upon entry and farewelled upon exit. Now, I often enter and exit, lock eyes with most of the staff behind the counter and have them say nothing to me or even respond with a smile. I love this gym, but a small dose of friendliness and warmth would go a long way.nnMy favourite local gym. Friendly staff, decent gym facilities and the steam room is usually a good, hot temperature.
