I have done lots of personal training and tried quite a few different gyms over the years and this is by far the best gym I have been to. I have always been self conscious when attending gyms, here they don’t have mirrors, everyone is in their own world and you just need to focus and concentrate on your own exercise. Ben and Ania are such great, friendly and personable owners that it makes it easy dealing with them when you need to. The trainers are great and supportive and make it fun as well. The workouts are never boring and repetitive, and the exercises are great for your body and mind. Thank you to the team at Essendon F45, you guys are amazing! 🙏

As someone who seriously dislikes the gym and working out, I had my doubts about joining this type of program. I was referred and signed up for a one week free trial and I was so impressed. The workouts are intense, but the movement of stations and difference every day makes you forget how hard you’re working. The trainers are extremely encouraging and are so involved watching everyone, ensuring no one hurts themselves by using improper form, and pushing everyone to do their best. Having lots of other people around you as well is so encouraging. I look forward to joining full time soon. It’s a great program that I encourage everyone to try.

After making the decision to stop playing football I was keen to find a place where I could stay fit and feel part of a group/team. I couldn’t be happier at F45 Essendon. Ben, Ania and their amazing staff go above and beyond to help you do your best. They provide a fun and great way of working out. It’s great to have that team feeling again.

Love! Love! Love this club. I've never really been a fit person and always had a lot of health problems. But, I've just finished my first f45 challenge and after 8 weeks feel AMAZING! I've gone from loathing exercise to springing out of bed at 5am to get to class before work. The team are genuine, supportive, fun and have great music playlists! SO worth the investment.

This is seriously the most amazing studio, with the most amazing trainers! The equipment and facilities are great, and they also offer a variety of supplements and gym gear too! I always come out of there feeling like I have had a great workout and sweating bullets! All the trainers are so welcoming, and motivating, and I couldn't recommend F45 Essendon more!
