I highly recommend people NOT to visit this shop. Such a waste, very unprofessional staff ‍
Guy in charge working here is awesome. Stellar attitude and customer service is excellent. Staff are always clear on their returns policy. Customers should also always double check this too, particularly in a factory outlet store.
A pair have two different colour of shoes, went for an exchange next day with a receipt but they did not have more stock. Asked for a refund and the arrogant sales lady says that they don’t offer refund as the shoes do not have any fault and they cannot offer refund for change of mind! I don’t get it, how this is a change of mind? It’s their mistake as they packed in two different colour of shoes as a pair and kept refusing for a refund and kept referring it as a change of mind! I ended up getting another shoe where I had to chip in extra dollars for their mistakes!
The girl was she on the retail desk today completely awful. She doesn't even know the customer service is unfit for the industry which she's in I like the shoes there today but just because for her I didn't bother to buy from there.
They don't offer refund and don't even mention it during payment. Be careful while shopping here!
shoes had great discounts, like up to 80% off. guy serving us was super nice.
Disappointed with the customer service. Will not come back
