FSW Shoes Fyshwick

Worst place ever! Please do not go to buy your shoes at this place, Terrible customer attention; I shared my complaint with the General Manager Janelle, and they couldn't fix my problem. Please follow my advice and never come to this place to buy your shoes.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great range of products and sizes.

Bought 2 pair of shoes 3 weeks ago each of them is 160$. 1 of themJulius Marlow was worst in quality. I weared them 2 days a week for 3 weeks which is 6 days and it's already about to tear. I took it to the shop and the manager from Fyshwick FSW mentioned that it's not manufacturer's fault and may be your foots issue. I was like lols, I have 3 other pairs which didn't have this issue. Please do reconsider either this brand or other outlets.

Range of affordable business, school and casual shoes including sandals for women, men and children. Brands include Julius Marlow, Florsheim and Hush Luppies. But very limited range of mid range shoes - for example men's business shoes with calf leather.

I think it's ok but I don't love it, I think quality shoes are the same price as anywhere else so don't shop there much.
