Operating originally as Carol Parkinson Physiotherapy this Centre has been caring the the Toowoomba community for over 15 years. On April 23rd 2012 the Centre expanded to our current location on the corner of Hume and South Streets. This address offers easy parking and accessibility to clients seeking our services.

The Community team of Nurses and Therapist have been treating my wife at home over the last 12 months and was discharged from their care today. I can not praise them enough, their professionalism and kindness to my wife and myself has been  excellent and far more than I expected. We are very lucky to have such kind and caring people looking after the community of Chippenham.

Had my appointment cancelled having arrived well in time for it  was told oh we did try to contact you. Typical nhs moan if you dont turn up for appointment but just cancel yours with no regard to the inconvenience it has caused
