I found all the staff at Darling Downs Radiology very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of room in the waiting room. I only had to wait for around 14 minutes to see the radiologist. It was my first time there and I was very happy with my experience there.

Nice parking area. Easy to get to. The reception lady helped with my travel form. Friendly staff.

One of the staff was truely disgusting. She was yelling at a man of different race to English, and getting overly angry. The person who walked in after him then got treated completely differently. I think this encounter was racist and unneeded/unwanted. It was also very disruptive and loud to the otherwise peaceful environment of the waiting room. Other than that the service was great from other staff.

I was made to feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease prior to and throughout the CT Scan. The staff were all friendly' and professional. I'd highly recommend Darling Downs Radiology to anyone. I live in Helidon near Toowoomba and a short drive up the range to Toowoomba.

I found the Staff to be very friendly and helpful,  I had a C T Scan done,  everything was explained to me, about the whole process,
